      Genealogy information from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints; no cost and requires your own registration but enables you to build on your research as well as save your work in your account.

    • AMERTRIBES 

      Extensive tribal, band, and tiospaye information here; it helps to register for an account to improve search results but you can still find a lot of information on the Teton/Lakota boards.

    • Tribal Enrollment Office (605) 867- 1321 for enrollment information and family tree information.
    • National Archives (Kansas City) has the permanent physical federal records created by federal agencies and courts covering various states including South Dakota.
