Please ask archives staff before using computers, digital cameras, audio recording devices, and other equipment to duplicate archival materials.

Generally, materials may be photographed for personal reference, but some materials have copyright restrictions that limit other use, including posting to social media. There are some materials that have restricted status.

Archives staff can make a limited number of scans or photocopies for researchers as staff time permits. We are unable to scan or copy entire collections.

For the safety of our collections, personal scanners are not allowed.

The OLC Archives does not have a scanning service for materials that are not part of our collections.
