FEE SCHEDULE

Effective May 4, 2004

Prepayment for the services listed below is required from all patrons, except students and employees of OLC or Oglala Sioux Tribal Members (proof of membership required), who are not required to pay fees. Foreign patrons must send their fees in United States dollars (international money order preferred). MasterCard and Visa are also accepted. Patrons must prepay for postage as well (typically $1.00 per order).

Send mail or e-mail requests for specific fee assessments. Only a limited number of requests will be honored from any one individual or institution. The Archives reserves the right to determine whether or not its staff can accommodate any particular request. All patrons must complete a Service Request Form for any and all services listed below.

PHOTOCOPIES:

· 15¢ per exposure (legal or letter size only)

· Maximum of 50 pages per order

MICROFORM COPIES:

• $1.00 per exposure from a reader/printer

· Maximum of 50 pages per order

RESEARCH SERVICES:

(Includes a maximum of 10 photocopies or 2 microfilm copies; additional copies will be charged as noted above. Researcher is charged for research regardless of whether desired information is found.)

• $10.00 per search of a single record group (one subject in one newspaper, book, folder, microfilm rolls, etc.)
• $20.00 per search of multiple record groups (one subject in multiple newspapers, books, folders, microfilm rolls, etc.)

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT DELIVERY:

· Text delivery by fax: $1 per page

· Text delivery by e-mail: $1 per page

· Image delivery by e-mail: $5 per image

· Image delivery by optical disk (diskette, CD-R or DVD-R): $5 per image plus $2 per disk

AUDIO / VIDEO REPRODUCTION:

· $5 per audio tape or CD-R

· $8 per video tape or DVD-R
